Shipping Policy
Once your order is placed our team will start fulfilling your order right away which averages one business day! After that, items are shipped based on the shipping option you select during checkout. We use USPS so once the item(s) is/are processed we will send tracking info via email address you provide during checkout. Return & Exchange Policy
You have 14 calendar days after you purchase your item(s) to start the return process! The return process starts by emailing Sales@ziplocboy.com and describing the issue with your item(s) or reason for return. Approved reasons for return are 1. Item never arrived 2. Item damaged!! Once we receive the initial return email from you we will outline the next steps to be taken and include all vital information needed to complete your return.

All approved returns will result in the item(s) in question being mailed back to us at your expense. Once received we will inspect such items and mail you replacement items of your choice of equal or lesser value!
